Calibration Procedure

When the sensor cannot be calibrated, or the sensor film is broken and affects normal use (see 4.2.3 for detection standards), it is necessary to replace the sensor film or sensor in time and complete the calibration again.
a) 100% saturation calibration: Holding the temperature constant in a water bath (with fluctuations of ±0.1°C), use an air pump to vent air for at least 15 minutes, then put the sensor in the water tank. When the dissolved oxygen reading fluctuates within ±0.05mg /L, enter the dissolved oxygen data under the temperature and pressure conditions into the sensor and save it.
b) 0% saturation (oxygen-free or zero-oxygen water) calibration: Put the sensor into an oxygen-free aqueous solution (see 6.1.2). When the sensor reading drops to the lowest reading and stabilizes, enter the dissolved oxygen data under the temperature and pressure conditions into the sensor and save it; or pass nitrogen (see 6.1.3) into the constant temperature water bath, and put the sensor in the water bath at the same time. When the sensor reading drops to the lowest reading and stabilizes, enter the dissolved oxygen data under the temperature and pressure conditions into the sensor and save it.
c) User calibration (single point calibration with 100% saturation): After rinsing the membrane cap with clean water, cover the sensor (including the membrane cap) with a damp cloth or towel, and the calibration can be completed when the reading is stable.

Sensor Maintenance

Depending on the use environment and working hours, regularly check the surface cleanliness of the membrane cap within the first month to provide a basis for the next maintenance and the establishment of a reasonable maintenance cycle.
Membrane cap
a) After rinsing with clean water or drinking water, wipe off the dirt with facial tissues or towels, and avoid using brushes or hard objects to remove dirt
b) When the sensor reading beats significantly, unscrew the membrane cap to check whether there is water in the membrane cap or a scratch on the surface
c) When the sensor membrane cap has been used for more than 1 year, it is recommended to replace the membrane cap
d) Each time a new membrane cap is replaced, it needs to be calibrated according to 6.3.1.
Housing and wire
After washing with clean water or drinking water, wipe off the dirt with a soft tissue or towel; avoid using a brush or hard object to remove the dirt.

Product Warranty

Under the conditions of compliance with transportation, storage, and standardized use, if the product fails to work normally due to product manufacturing quality problems, the company will repair it for the user free of charge. During the warranty period, if damage or failure of the instrument is caused by the user's improper use, failure to operate in accordance with the instruction manual or other reasons, the company still offers repairs for the user, but the material and travel expenses will be paid by the user; After the warranty period, the company will still be responsible for maintenance, but the cost of work and travel expenses will be paid by the user.
