    Fluorescence Detection Technology: The fluorescence produced by fluorescent molecules under the irradiation of excited light at a certain wavelength. After the excitation light source stops the irradiation, the fluorescent molecules are transferred from the excited state through energy back to the low-energy state. The molecules that cause the attenuation of fluorescence energy are called fluorescence quenched molecules (such as oxygen molecules); the technique of detecting the optical phase angle change between fluorescence (light intensity or life span) and reference light of a certain wavelength under stimulated irradiation conditions is called fluorescence phase detection technique.
